The origins of Cosmonde date back to 1966 when the Dermacol brand was founded. It was during this time that their bestselling Make-up Cover was developed, which we have been producing ever since.
The production of Dermacol was moved to Brno, where it began to expand, and we started manufacturing also for other brands and customers.
In 2018, the company was renamed Cosmonde, a.s.
Whether your project requires a custom formulation or you need a manufacturer for your existing products, our sales representatives will thoroughly discuss your needs with you.
If you are satisfied with our proposal, we can move forward with sample preparation. Our development team typically creates samples within 2-4 weeks. Based on your feedback from testing, we will adjust them to best meet your requirements.
Once the formulation and packaging are approved, we will send you a price offer.
Once the offer is approved, we begin testing. We internally measure physicochemical parameters, conduct sensory evaluations, and perform stability, compatibility, and microbiological challenge tests. Additional tests can be arranged for you in collaboration with external laboratories.
The order process begins after all tests are completed. Once your order is in our system, we start procuring raw materials and packaging. The delivery time then depends on the lead times of the raw materials, the availability of packaging, and our production capacity. Currently, the standard delivery time for products is between 18 – 25 weeks.
Our future plans include the expansion and modernization of our production, storage, and development capacities. This expansion will enable us to better respond to the growing demand for our products, improve efficiency and productivity, and deepen our commitment to sustainability and ecological responsibility.
Relocation of research and development laboratories to new, larger spaces, which will boost our innovation capabilities.
Expansion of the production hall and construction of new administrative spaces and loading ramps, which will increase the efficiency of production as well as logistics.
In the last stage, we will focus on achieving energy neutrality for our new storage spaces through the implementation of heat pumps and solar panels, while simultaneously expanding storage capacities.
